These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the website and to enquiries/requests submitted to Jerzy Roll&Go LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Jerzy Roll&Go LTD (UK). We provide B2B fresh food supply, vending services, smart fridge solutions and meeting platters. Company details and contact information are shown on this website and in our footer.
2. Quotes, availability and pricing
- Information on this website is for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.
- Prices and availability are confirmed by us in writing (email / invoice / order confirmation).
- For wholesale: pricing is typically provided “on request” and may depend on volume, delivery frequency and location.
3. Orders and confirmations
- An order is only confirmed when we accept it in writing (e.g., email confirmation, invoice, or agreed schedule).
- We may request additional details to complete an order (delivery access, contact person, dietary requirements, etc.).
- For business customers, invoice/VAT details may be required before delivery.
4. Delivery and access
- Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed as a fixed time window.
- You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the delivery point (parking/loading, reception access, contact on arrival).
- If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access or incorrect details, we may need to reschedule and/or charge reasonable additional costs.
5. Perishable goods, allergens and suitability
- Many products are perishable. Store and handle items according to any provided instructions.
- Allergen/ingredient information may be provided on labels and/or separately on request. You must inform us of any allergies or strict dietary requirements.
- We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Cross-contamination risk may exist in food preparation/packing.
6. Changes, cancellations and refunds
- Because many items are prepared fresh, changes/cancellations may be limited close to delivery.
- If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Where costs have already been incurred (ingredients/labour/logistics), we may charge a reasonable amount.
- Consumer cancellation rights may not apply to perishable or made-to-order food (this depends on the product and circumstances).
7. Quality Promise / issues
If there is an error on our side (e.g., wrong item, damage in transit, shortages), we will work with you to resolve it. Depending on the situation, this may include replacement, credit, or other reasonable remedy (to be agreed).
8. Vending and smart fridge services
- Installation/restocking schedules and site requirements are agreed during onboarding/site check.
- Site must provide suitable location, safe access and required power (and connectivity where applicable).
- Where a third-party payment/telemetry system is used, additional terms may apply (we’ll point you to them if needed).
9. Website use
- You must not misuse the website (attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt services, or upload malicious content).
- We may update the website and content without notice.
10. Intellectual property
Website content (text, design, logos, images, video) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

12. Limitation of liability
We do not exclude liability where unlawful to do so (e.g., for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other non-excludable liability). 13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (unless mandatory consumer rules apply).
